What will this website accomplish?

1. Outreach

Firstly, themathoutreachproject.org will be used to provide information to schools when we expand our program in the coming years. With a low amount of Senior Coaches, we will be limited to 3 schools (even that is a bit of a stretch!) for the 26-27 year, though, after this bump, we should be able to expand further. When reaching out to new schools, this website will act as a quick synopsis of information of our activities.

2. Recruits

Secondly, when we look for new coaches, what could be more convenient but a website when recruiting? This website provides a memorable address for prospective volunteers and gives them a description of the inner workings of the organization. Through the link in the “Join Us” page, people will be able to submit info as the first step in the process to becoming a coach.

3. Updates + News

Through the blog posts function, this website will announce information for students, coaches, and schools. For students, we will make guides to joining google classrooms and various other helpful tips. For coaches, we will set dates for important events and post schedules. For teachers, we will provide progress reports and curriculum info. Much more will also be accomplished by this website!
